The Personal Fashion Stylist is the face of Bronxton and the style expert for our clients. At Bronxton we do more than sell clothes, we offer a fully interactive experience that our customers expect and love. We are bringing the in-store shopping experience to a whole new level by engaging our clientele in genuine human connection.

Our stylists have a true love of fashion and putting outfits together for a variety of occasions. They are outgoing, with magnetic personalities, and have the ability to connect with a diverse clientele. They posses the ability to provide an exceptional experience at the fitting room for clients, demonstrating different ways to mix and match their fashion choices. They create a lasting bond that keeps their clients coming back.

Bronxton has a core product line that is made and designed in house. Our product is of the highest quality, but doesn’t break the bank. We are casual, comfortable, minimalistic, and chic.

With the company based in Salt Lake City, our local clientele is extremely loyal. Our new clients are quickly turned in to repeat clients after experiencing our stores and luxe product line.

Bronxton offers our stylists a competitive base compensation, generous monetary bonus paid on every paycheck, and a 90 day retention bonus. We take care of our stylists that take care of their clients. It’s a true win-win.

Bonus Structure

Bonus is based on personal performance and is unlimited. Top hourly performers make $500-$1000 per month in bonuses on top of base pay.
